Nextcloud Server on Debian - A safe home for all your data

Nextcloud is a open source project that makes a private cloud platform. Access, share and protect your files, calendars, contacts, communication and more at home and in your enterprise.


1. Software Raid1 (mirror) configuration during installation process.

2. Nextcloud installation on Debian 9 Stretch.

3. Complete the Nextcloud installation via browser.

4. Data backup and files synchronization.

Linux Mint and 2nd hard drive on MacBook Pro

Dual Boot Linux Mint/OS X on MacBook Pro and a secondary hard drive by swapping optical drive.

Debian Server as a Domain Controller

In this videos, I will be showing you how to make an active directory domain controller using Debian Sever.


   1. Installing Debian Linux without GUI for a server.

 

    2. Installing AD DC on Debian.

   

   3. Joining Windows 7 to a domain and installing RSAT.

    

Now use Remote Server Administration Tools from Windows client to manage roles and features that are running on Debian Server. At this moment you can manage Active Directory Users and Computers, DNS and GPO as well.
